We ask for your support of our commitment to building a splash pad for the Town of Pictou. The addition of a splash pad will enhance our community by sparking additional economic and social growth, and will serve as an overall improvement to the lifestyle in our area.
What is a splash pad?
A splash pad is a safe, zero depth aquatic play area that combines water movement and interactive play elements. They are well designed, accessible, barrier free areas that enhance community spaces and encourage physical activity in people of all ages, abilities and mobility. The play area is constructed of non slip surface with various water features that spray water in different patterns and directions.
How can you help?
We would love to put a permanent stamp on this project with your company’s name and logo in show of your direct financial support. The donation guide includes our various donation levels and recognition. In addition, in-kind services for items such as concrete, plumbing, landscaping, masonry and other trade services are accepted.
